Q: What motivated you to pursue an MBA from TCBS?<\/strong><\/p>\n

I always had a passion for learning new skills and exploring different domains of business. I wanted to pursue an MBA from a reputed college that would provide me with the best exposure and opportunities to grow as a professional. I chose TCBS because of its impressive infrastructure, experienced faculty, industry-oriented curriculum, and strong placement record. I was also impressed by the various certifications and workshops that TCBS offers to its students, such as advanced Excel, digital marketing, cloud computing, etc.<\/p>\n

Q: How did you prepare for the internship interview at Fortis Hospital?<\/strong><\/p>\n

I prepared for the internship interview by revising the concepts and theories of human resource management and marketing that I learned at TCBS. I also did some research on Fortis Hospital, its vision, mission, values, services, and achievements. I also practiced some mock interviews with my friends and mentors to improve my communication and presentation skills.<\/p>\n

Q: What were the main challenges that you faced during the interview process?<\/strong><\/p>\n

The main challenges that I faced during the interview process were:<\/p>\n

The interviewers asked me some situational and behavioral questions that required me to think on my feet and demonstrate my problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
\nThe interviewers also tested my knowledge of current affairs and trends in the healthcare industry, which required me to be updated and well-informed.<\/p>\n

Q: How did you overcome these challenges and impress the interviewers?<\/strong><\/p>\n

I overcame these challenges and impressed the interviewers by:<\/p>\n

Maintaining eye contact, smiling, and nodding during the online interview to show my interest and confidence.
\nGiving specific examples from my academic projects, extracurricular activities, and personal experiences to illustrate my skills and competencies.
\nShowing my enthusiasm and passion for working in the healthcare sector and contributing to Fortis Hospital\u2019s mission of providing world-class patient care.<\/p>\n

Q: What are your expectations from the internship at Fortis Hospital?<\/strong><\/p>\n

My expectations from the internship at Fortis Hospital are:<\/p>\n

To learn from the best practices and policies of human resource management at Fortis Hospital, which is known for its employee engagement, retention, and development initiatives.
\nTo gain exposure to the various aspects of marketing in the healthcare industry, such as branding, communication, customer relationship management, etc.
\nTo network with the senior leaders, managers, and peers at Fortis Hospital and build long-term professional relationships.
\nTo apply my theoretical knowledge to practical scenarios and enhance my analytical, creative, and interpersonal skills.<\/p>\n
